GeoInnova brings more than 20 years of mining innovation and asset-level experience. Founded by Rodrigo Riquelme and Alejandro Cáceres, GNV has worked across complex, recurring and transversal mining problems for major mining companies.

With a multidisciplinary team of more than 40 professionals, GNV has built its reputation by installing science where mining decisions are actually made — across resources, reserves, geometallurgy, planning, reconciliation, production support and value risk.

Eduardo Rojas brings the bridge between geology, data systems and enterprise software. BSc Geology and MSc, Universidad de Chile.

A geologist turned systems architect, he was Innovation & Development Manager at Golder more than 20 years ago, building data and decision-system capabilities for technical industries.

His work later extended through EarthSoft, EQuIS Collect, Microsoft Cloud & AI and large-scale operational platforms. His role in VMS is to turn scientific frameworks into systems that can run, scale and survive production.
